હેલ્પ્સ ફાઉન્ડેશન જ્યારે સમાજમાં બદલાવ લાવવા માટે કાર્યરત છે ત્યારે વિવિધ વિષયો પર લોકોની જાગૃતિ ખૂબ જ જરૂરી બને છે , અને આ જ બાબત પર ભાર મૂકીને આજના સમયની જરૂરિયાતને લગતા વિષયો પર કાર્યક્રમો ગોઠવવામાં આવે છે. હેલ્પ્સ ફાઉન્ડેશનના ડૉ. ધીરેન્દ્ર પટેલ અને ડૉ. કાજલ પટેલની સાથે અને તેમના માર્ગદર્શનમાં કરવામાં આવતા વિવિધ કાર્યોમાં યાશ્રી, અંજલિ , કરીના અને મીના જોડાઈએ છીએ. આ સંદર્ભે સ્ત્રી સ્વાસ્થ્ય અને 'આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય મિલેટ્સ વર્ષ ૨૦૨૩' ઉપર આજે ધોળકા અને બાવળાની શાળાઓમાં જાગૃતિ કાર્યક્રમો કરવામાં આવ્યા.

સૌ પ્રથમ ધોળકાના મફલિપુરમાં આવેલી પ્રાથમિક શાળામાં સ્ત્રી સ્વાસ્થ્ય વિષયક ચર્ચા કરી અને બાળકીઓમાં સેનેટરી પેડનું વિતરણ કર્યું , અને ત્યાર બાદ અહીં જ મેલેટ્સ વિષયક કાર્યક્રમ કર્યો જેથી બાળકો તેનું મહત્વ સમજે અને તેનો ખોરાકમાં વધુમાં વધુ ઉપયોગ કરે. આજના દિવસનો જ બીજો કાર્યક્રમ બાવળની રાજોડાની મોડર્ન સ્કૂલમાં હતો જ્યાં ૯ થી 12 ધોરણની લગભગ 120 વિદ્યાર્થીનીઓ સમક્ષ સેનેટરી પેડનું વિતરણ કર્યું અને એમને સ્ત્રી સ્વાસ્થ્ય વિષય પર માહિતી આપી. અહીં પણ અમે 'આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય મિલેટ્સ વર્ષ ૨૦૨૩' માટે તેમની સાથે મિલેટ્સના મહત્વ અને તેમાંથી બનતી વાનગીઓ વિશે વાત કરી.
